EAT TO GET FIT
In this course, we will not only cover how to balance your meals but also how to integrate them with your lifestyle. Many of you have immigrated to a new country in the last 2-5 years and have gained extra weight since then, right? This course is definitely for you! I've gathered the most common reasons and provided solutions on how to address them.
The biggest myth is that if you eat «healthy food,» your weight will always be under control. I’m sure many of you have experienced this firsthand. You may think that eating foods like nuts or fruits is unlimited because they are healthy, but that's not true! During personal training sessions, I always tell my clients that protein intake should meet the daily requirement – but no more. Because if you exceed that, it won’t go into your muscles. Your body will only take what it needs, and the rest will be stored as fat.
Each person has their own daily calorie requirement, and that’s where you should start when planning your diet. All foods contain calories, and it doesn’t matter whether you eat healthy food or fast food on the go. If you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. The key difference is the quality of the food you consume, so always be mindful of what you're putting into your body.
This course is conducted in Ukrainian, so you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the materials and receive personalized advice in your native language.
