Outdoor Workouts for Women in Calgary

Feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with your body in the fresh air.
Join a supportive community of women for energizing early morning workouts that will power up your day — physically and mentally.

📍 Location:

High Park Rooftop
6B floor, 340 – 10 Avenue SW, Calgary

Please note: this is an outdoor public space. There are no changing rooms or restrooms directly on-site. We recommend arriving dressed for your workout or using nearby facilities.

What to Expect:

Each session is 50–60 minutes and combines:

  • Bodyweight and light equipment exercises (think resistance bands, light dumbbells, and your own body)

  • Interval training in a fun and functional format

  • A judgement-free, women-only space where you’ll feel supported and uplifted

This is not about «killing yourself» with burpees. It’s about building strength, energy, and confidence — one workout at a time.

Weekly Schedule:

  • Tuesdays — 6:30 AM

  • Thursdays — 6:30 AM

  • Saturdays — 9:00 AM

Arrive a few minutes early — we start right on time!

Weather Back-Up Plan:

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move indoors to a cozy gym just 5 minutes away.
All updates are shared in our private Telegram group, so you’ll always know what’s happening.
