From Professional Athlete to Global Personal Trainer

With over 10 years of professional cycling experience, I’m proud to be a Master of Sports of Ukraine and a prize-winner of the Olympic Games in China.

Today, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with 8 years of experience coaching clients from all over the world.

What I Offer:

HAVE SAME QUESTIONS?

 

What level of fitness should one have to start training?

Before you start training, you communicate with a trainer who then builds your program taking into account all your data to achieve your goal

Is it necessary to take a photo before?

No, only MEASUREMENTS are required, but the result is very cool to track from the photo and I recommend doing them.

Is it possible to freeze the program on an important basis?

Yes, of course!
For important reasons, and if you have given notice in advance, freezing/postponing workouts is always available.
