The workout plan can be created a month in advance and stored in a PDF file, but during each session, we prioritize your well-being and listen to your body to ensure that the training remains effective and relevant. I'll be with you in the gym to assess any adjustments needed in the plan. This way, your motivation for working out will remain strong, and you’ll see that training isn’t a form of mandatory hard labor.
